Accommodation
From all available luxury rooms, we shall be arranging 80 rooms in this affordable destination wedding venue in Udaipur, where we can accommodate 200 guests. We have a good choice for rooms from the options like Super Deluxe, Queen’s Room, and King’s Room. Out of 80 rooms, 40 rooms will be on double occupancy while the other 40 rooms would be on triple occupancy.
The cost per night per double bed occupancy will be INR. 6,500 per room per night; breakfast included. Extra beds per room will be charged at INR. 2000 per bed per night and that will have the breakfast included.
Hence the total cost of 40 rooms on double occupancy to accommodate 80 guests for 2 nights will be INR. 5,20,000. To felicitate the rest of the 120 guests in another 40 rooms on triple occupancy for 2 nights will be INR. 6,80,000.
This comes to a total of INR. 12,00,000 for two days for your royal destination wedding at The Royal Retreat Resort and Spa, Udaipur.

Meals
Experience some delicious and mouth-watering delicacies prepared by one of the best chefs around at The Royal Retreat Resort and Spa. For your esteemed guests, we can serve three kinds of meals.
The lunch will be served at INR. 1200 per person for 1 day
High Tea will bear the price of INR. 450 per person for 1 day
Dinner will cost INR. 2000 per person for 1 day
The total cost for lunch for 200 guests for 2 days will be INR. 4,80,000, for high tea it will be INR. 1,80,000, and for the dinner the cost will be INR. 8,00,000.
All these charges are excluding GST.
Décor and Entertainment
We will arrange the décor and entertainment for you and your valuable guests too. All our designs are unique for each budget destination wedding venue in Udaipur as we never repeat the design. Plus we also take care of the entertainment part and the requirements of artists as well. The décor and entertainment part will cost INR. 20 lakhs INR to 35 lakhs without including GST depending upon the choices you make.

This price may change considering the season, dates, number of guests, hotel policy, and many other factors at the time of the wedding.
